Annual Conference Trade Show

MEUW’s Annual Conference events offer our vendor partners a chance to connect with municipal utility leaders in different ways. In response to many requests, MEUW is adding a trade show to this year’s schedule of events. 

The trade show will take place on Wednesday, May 13, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Sun Prairie Utilities' new facility. Exhibitor set-up will be available at 2:00 p.m. The conference Welcome Reception is in the same location and is concurrent to the trade show. Any company choosing to exhibit agrees to follow the guidelines of the Trade Show Policy. 

Registered exhibitors are current Associate Members of MEUW and have signed up to sponsor the 2026 Annual Conference. The available spaces have sold out — no additional exhibitor registrations are being accepted at this time.    

This is a great opportunity for MEUW utility and Associate Members to meet and talk in a relaxed setting, and for Associate members to share their latest offerings and services directly with municipal utility decision-makers.
