Trade Show Policy

Companies that pay an exhibitor registration fee agree that they will promote only their own company at the trade show. (The purchase of “premium” or “deluxe” booth space is not intended for use by an extra manufacturer's representative.)

Exhibitors who wish to have a manufacturer's representative attend the show with them are advised that each individual representative is required to pay a separate exhibitor registration fee for his/her company. Participation is subject to availability at time of show.

Late registrations will be subject to a late fee that must be paid by credit card prior to setting up your table. No exceptions.

Table assignments are made in the order of registration. Every effort will be made to accommodate specific location requests, but we reserve the right to make location assignments based on availability. Likewise, the layout used for selecting booths during the registration process is preliminary and may be reconfigured after the exhibitor registration unfolds.
