Important: Once you've filled out the spreadsheet, be sure to click "Submit" at the bottom of the page. You can also manually save the Excel sheet with your utility's name and email it to office @meuw.org.

The deadline to submit materials is Monday, March 3, 2025.

Awards will be presented at MEUW's Annual Conference (May 15. 2025, in La Crosse).

MEUW is currently accepting applications for safety performance between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2024.

The tiered recognition system remains the same for this year:

Bronze − 90 to 99
Silver − 100 to 109
Gold − 110 and over
