Wage & Benefits Survey

Here is the timeline for the 2025 Wage and Benefits Survey:
 
  • Kick-off and member feedback – March 7 to March 14    
  • DATA COLLECTION – March 17 to April 17 :: full details are here
  • Compile results and validate formatting – April 21 to May 2  
  • Results of 2025 survey will be distributed during the week of May 5

One of the benefits MEUW members enjoy is access to the detailed information in MEUW’s annual Wage & Benefits Survey, highlighting the pay and perks provided to municipal electric utility employees. 

MEUW safeguards the results to preserve the value of the Wage & Benefits Survey for all of our members. The comprehensive survey results are considered proprietary. MEUW does not provide the results on request. Only the individual who completed the survey on behalf of their community/utility receives the final results.
