Remember to bring your tax-exempt certificate in case you need to present it at the time of check-in.
Reservation Cut-off and Cancellations: The cut-off to receive the MEUW group rate is April 22. If rooms remain in MEUW’s room block after the cut-off date, the group rate may be honored. If not, you may be charged a higher rate. The room block may sell out before the cut-off date, so making your reservation early is encouraged. Canceled reservations that are not resold may become a financial liability for MEUW, so please make your reservations thoughtfully.
