Registration Info



Registration is now open — sign up here. 

  • Registration deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026.
  • Registrations received after the deadline are subject to an additional $25 "late registrant" fee. 
  • Conference registrants may bring a spouse, partner, or significant other as their guest for the "Guest" fee.

Per MEUW’s Cancelation Policy, registrants who cancel in writing on or before May 5, 2026, are entitled to a refund of their registration fee, minus a $35 cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel after May 5 but before May 12 have the option to substitute an attendee or to receive a refund equal to 25% of the registration fee. Registrants and no-shows who do not cancel on or before May 12 are responsible for the full registration fee and are not entitled to a refund of any kind.
