Registration Info

Registration is now open!  

• Registration deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025.
• Registrations received after the deadline are subject to an additional $25 "late registrant" fee. 
• Conference registrants may bring a spouse, partner, or significant other as their guest for an additional fee.
• Paid registration includes breakfast, lunch, and attendance at the MEUW Honors Awards Luncheon.
   

Per MEUW’s Cancelation Policy, registrants who cancel in writing on or before May 7, 2025, are entitled to a refund of their registration fee, minus a $35 cancelation fee. Registrants who cancel after May 7 but before May 14 have the option to substitute an attendee or to receive a refund equal to 25% of the registration fee. Registrants and no-shows who do not cancel on or before May 14 are responsible for the full registration fee and are not entitled to a refund of any kind.
