Please stop by the Exhibitor Check-in area (near the Kilimanjaro Ballroom) to pick up nametags, dropoff door prizes, and collect other information.

Booth set-up is Wednesday, Jan. 10, from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday, Jan. 11, from 6:30-9:30 a.m.
Due to booking restrictions with the Kalahari Resort, set up prior to 6 p.m. cannot be accommodated. No early entry to the Exhibit Hall will be allowed. 

All exhibitors are invited to attend the conference Welcome Reception (4:30-7 p.m. on Wednesday)

A note about the weather: Winter weather in Wisconsin happens, but the show will go on! Significant resources have already been committed during the planning of EOCE. Due in part to contractual obligations and the complexities of organizing the conference and trade show, the event will continue as planned. The health and safety of our attendees is the highest priority. We encourage all participants to use their best judgment when making their own travel-related decisions.
