Please stop by the Exhibitor Check-in area (near the Kilimanjaro Ballroom) to pick up nametags, dropoff door prizes, and gather other information.

Booth set-up is Wednesday, Jan. 11, from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday, Jan. 12, from 6:30-9:30 a.m.
Due to booking restrictions with the Kalahari Resort, set up prior to 6 p.m. cannot be accommodated. No early entry to the Exhibit Hall will be allowed. 

All exhibitors are invited to attend the conference Welcome Reception (4:30-7 p.m. on Wednesday)
