Wisconsin's municipal utilities and electric cooperatives are honoring the newest members of the trade and recognizing this year's class of graduating apprentice lineworkers and electric meter technicians. Graduates who will be honored are listed
here.
Cost is $55 per person, which includes salad, entrée, and dessert.
Main entree is chianti braised beef short ribs with wild mushroom risotto, roasted carrots and green beans with wilted spinach and an herb gremolata demi glaze.
A vegetarian option also is available: Roasted tomato lasagna with sun-dried tomato soffits, eggplant, spinach, ricotta, parmesan cheese broccolini, and tomato ragout. Please specify VEG when registering.
For our younger guests, a children's entree of chicken tenders served with macaroni and cheese, carrot sticks with ranch dressing and milk and a chocolate chip cookie is available. Cost is $30 per child (ages 12 and under).
> A social hour (hosted by the Wisconsin Utility Suppliers Association) will be held prior to the banquet, beginning at 6 p.m.
