This registration is for the Apprentice Graduation Banquet ONLY.
Wisconsin's electric-utility industry comes together to honor the newest members of the trade at this annual banquet to recognize graduating apprentice lineworkers and meter technicians.
Cost is $55 per person, which includes salad, entree and dessert.
Main entree is slow-roasted, sea-salt and thyme-crusted prime rib with au jus and horseradish cream, served with baked potato, sour cream and chives and asparagus.
A vegeterian option also is available: Grilled eggplant with parmesean, mozzarella, broccolini, lemon-oregano roasted potatoes, tomato and basil sauce. Please specify when registering.
For our younger guests, a children's entree of mini corn dogs served with macaroni and cheese, carrot sticks with ranch dressing and milk and a chocolate chip cookie is available. Cost is $30 per child (ages 12 and under).
> A social hour (hosted by the Wisconsin Utility Suppliers Association) will be held prior to the banquet, beginning at 4:30 p.m.
