2026 Electric Operations Conference & Expo

Registration Details



Choose from one of three pass options — Kilowatt, Megawatt, or Gigawatt — for admission to events for part or all of the two-day Electric Operations Conference & Expo on Jan. 14 and 15, 2026. 

  • Member" registrations received on or before Dec. 1, 2025, receive a $25 "early bird" discount.
  • Registration deadline is 12:00 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 9, 2026.
  • Registrations received on or after Jan. 1, 2026 are subject to an additional $35 "late registrant" fee. 
  • Tickets for the Apprentice Graduation Banquet can be added when completing your conference registration. 

Per MEUW’s Cancelation Policy, registrants who cancel in writing on or before Jan. 7, 2026, are entitled to a refund of their registration fee, minus a $35 cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel after Jan. 7 but before Jan. 14 have the option to substitute an attendee or to receive a refund equal to 25% of the registration fee. Registrants and no-shows who do not cancel on or before Jan. 15 are responsible for the full registration fee and are not entitled to a refund of any kind.





NOTE FOR EXHIBITORS: It is not necessary to purchase a registration pass unless you plan to attend conference sessions, hear speakers, or attend any of the breakout sessions.
