The City of Clintonville (population 4,700) is accepting resumes for the position of Public Utilities Manager to oversee the Electric, Water and Sewer Utilities. This full time position reports directly to the City Administrator. Various duties include supervising and directing the activities of the daily maintenance, equipment, buildings, ground repairs, construction projects and budgets for all three utilities. There are a total of 10 employees that report to the Manager. Due to the size of the operation the qualified candidate must be willing to complete field work alongside the employees. The ideal candidate will have three to five years management experience in at least two of the three utilities. Also required are relevant certifications in one or more of the following: Journeyman-Lineman, Wastewater Operator and various WI-DNR Water certifications. Computer skills are required. Must live within 12 miles of City Hall. Salary DOQ $65,000 to $70,000 with benefits. Black Earth/Mazomanie, WI is seeking applications for an Electrical Superintendent.  This position will require office, supervisory and fieldwork skills. Vanguard maintains the electrical system for Black Earth and Mazomanie. Desired qualifications include an Associates Degree and/or five to ten years experience in the electrical field. The City of Elroy, Wisconsin, Electric Utility is currently accepting applications for an Electric Superintendent Trainee due to the planned retirement of the current superintendent scheduled for January 2009. The utility recently completed a rebuild of 75 percent of its distribution lines and installed two new 2,250 kW generators. This position is responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of overhead and underground high voltage distribution systems and generation capacity. Applicants shall have completed a journeyman-level training program. Excellent benefits including Wisconsin State Retirement. High school diploma required and must be able to acquire and maintain a Commercial Drivers License. Selected candidate will be subject to drug and alcohol screening and a physical.
