EXCHANGE CUSTOMER SERVICE IDEAS AND INFORMATION —
MEUW’s Customer Service Roundtable meetings are a way to bring member utilities together to meet and exchange ideas and information with their peers. It gives members a chance to start discussions with front office and customer service personnel regarding best practices and other customer service issues affecting member utilities. It would be beneficial for each utility to send at least one representative. Meetings will be moderated by members of the MEUW Accounting and Customer Service Committee.
