Manitowoc Public Utilities - Journeyman Line Technician
Manitowoc Public Utilities (MPU), Manitowoc, Wisconsin is seeking applications for the position of Journeyman Line Technician. This is a full-time position and requires constructing and maintaining electric power facilities up to 69 kilovolts.

Minimum requirements to apply include Journeyman certification in Electric Line Trade and minimum five years of journeyman experience. A two-year degree in a related field of study is preferred but will consider the right candidate with equivalent training and experience. MPU offers competitive wages and benefits. Starting wage between $32 and $40 per hour depending on qualifications.

The City of Evansville is looking for a qualified candidate to serve as the Municipal Services Director.  The department provides residents with an electric utility, water utility, sanitary sewer, WWTP, stormwater, parks, cemetery, urban forestry and yard waste collection. Qualified candidates will have ten years of experience in project management, wastewater, roads, stormwater, water, electric or other utility through internship, labor, supervision, education or other method for understanding of operations in lieu of formal education. Less experience required with added formal education in public administration, construction management, business administration, civil engineering or related field.  A candidate with a BA/BS in these or similar disciplines is preferred.

City of Plymouth Utilities - Finance Manager
City of Plymouth, WI (pop 8,445) under direction of the City Administrator/Utilities Manager seeks a Finance Manager with primary focus on financial operations of Plymouth Utilities (electric, water, sewer). 

This full-time position performs various accounting functions, including assisting with budget preparation and oversight of financial reporting, A/P, A/R, payroll, cash management, information technology, debt management, internal reviews of accounting controls and practices, coordination of annual audit and PSC reporting, customer service functions, and assisting with the annual budget as needed.  May serve as City Treasurer, depending on staffing needs in the future.  Experience with utility accounting is preferred. 

Minimum Required Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in accounting with five or more years of progressively responsible government accounting or auditing experience, including supervision of staff.  Salary is $75,000 + Depending on Qualifications, plus excellent benefits.

City of Elkhorn Utilities - Field Operations Supervisor/Project Coordinator

The City of Elkhorn (Pop.10,084) is currently accepting applications from qualified individuals for the position of Utilities Field Operations Supervisor/Project Coordinator. Working knowledge in the use of AutoCAD software, GIS mapping software, and basic office applications software (e.g. Microsoft Office). A combination of education and experience that provides demonstrated equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Compensation: The City offers a competitive, market-based compensation, and benefits package. Salary DOQ; the current salary range is $58,241 - $72,801. Residency not required.

City of Oconomowoc Utilities - Wastewater Utility Operations Manager

The City of Oconomowoc seeks a full-time Wastewater Utility Operations Manager to lead and oversee its Wastewater Utility.   The Wastewater Utility Operations Manager is responsible for administration, the operation and maintenance of the entire wastewater treatment facility, collection system, and the Oconomowoc Watershed Protection Program (OWPP).

Position requires a high degree of responsibility and ability to plan and supervise the operation of the City’ s wastewater treatment facility, collection system, and OWPP in accordance with required public health and engineering standards and Department of Natural Resources regulations. Operations Manager supervises, trains, and evaluates staff at the wastewater treatment facility. Advanced Level WDNR Operator’s Certificate, five years of Wastewater operations experience, and 5 years of supervisory experience required.  Bachelor of Science degree in environmental science, chemistry, civil engineering, or water resources preferred.
