Westby Electirc Utility - Journey-Level Electric Line Worker
Municipally owned Westby Electric Utility an EOE is recruiting an individual to fill a Journey Lineman Position. Ideal journey-level applicants must have a broad knowledge of electrical sub-stations and distribution systems, a certificate of completing of a 4-year apprenticeship program and a current CDL.  Position may require occasional after hour call-outs and possible work in inclement weather. The City of Menasha - Public Works Director

-  Plymouth Utilities is seeking a qualified person for the position of a full-time Line Clearance I.  Under the direction of the Electrical Operations Manager, the primary responsibilities are performing a variety of tasks involved in trimming and removal of trees to prevent interference with electric lines and stations.  They will also perform tasks involved in the construction and maintenance of the electric power distribution system.

Municipal Electric Utilities of Wisconsin (MEUW) - Job Training and Safety Instructor

As a job training and safety instructor you will provide professional development, continuing education, and safety training services to apprentice and journeyman lineman at 15-20 locations statewide. Daily travel is required with some overnight travel (dependent on residence location in relation to work locations through state). The successful candidate will hold a journeyman lineman certificate or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years practical electric lineman experience. Must have an insurance acceptable driver's license.
This position is one of two instructor positions that split the state of Wisconsin. Residency location is flexible within the state however should be south of State Highway 29 where the majority of our member locations reside. This position is also part of a larger safety team totaling thirteen safety professionals serving the occupational safety needs of our member utilities.
